This is an execution-focused, foundational role at the core of Pivt's service delivery, reporting directly to our Head of Product. As the Buddy Program Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our Buddy System within our client companies. You won't just coordinate a program—you will run the entire recruitment, activation, and retention pipeline that keeps our Buddies motivated and delivering value.
